Contact Bourtin Law About Your Case

Before I worked with Steve, I was informed the process of my case may take months on end. After consulting with and hiring Steve we were able to receive a no contest and win the case in about a month. I was super impressed with his effectiveness and diligence. FINRA is tough to deal with no matter how you spin it, but Steve was able to be in contact with them on a frequent basis. I was beyond happy with how Steve worked the case and was equally as happy with the result.

Steve handled my case efficiently and professionally throughout, managing a frustrating and slow process with timely updates and reassuring my concerns, while showing genuine empathy for the way I had been treated. We worked well together and he used my input effectively to ultimately obtain a satisfying resolution.

Mr. Bourtin was very diligent and efficient in helping me to achieve the desired outcome of my case. He kept in constant contact with any case updates and was always more than willing to address any and all of my questions for further clarification. Mr. Bourtin is highly knowledgeable and very skilled in his area of practice. I am extremely satisfied with my overall experience. This was an extremely stressful time for me, and he helped to assure me that I was taking all of the correct steps in order to have a desirable outcome.

Lawsuits can be upsetting, for obvious reasons. Stephen… did a first rate job of not only securing a 100% successful outcome for my matter, but [critically] walking me through the process at every step: what to expect, how to handle it, when I needed to do some homework and when it was better to sit back and wait for the process to play itself out via our legal system. Even though my case was probably not the largest matter that Stephen has ever handled, in terms of the sums at stake, I still felt that I was receiving his full care and attention as a client. It’s also clear to me from this process that it’s not a always a given that legal teams have their clients best interests at heart. With Stephen I never had any doubt that he was looking out for me and my interests, above all else.

Attorney Bourtin successfully represented me in an employment case. I highly recommend his services for some of the following reasons. He is very knowledgeable and exhibits expertise in his field. Counselor Bourtin was easy to reach when needed, promptly responding to questions, concerns, both by phone, email, and/or text. He kept me aware of everything happening with my case, communicating promptly, so I was never felt that I was out of the loop. Also he took time to make certain I understood documents, contracts, etc. presented to me. In addition to being personable, he expressed true concern that my case have a good outcome for me. He was diligent and hard working in bringing my case to a positive close. I would use his services again if the need arose.

When my employer conducted a “reorganization” and suddenly fired a half dozen top management people including me, I needed an experienced attorney to quickly review my situation with respect to labor laws which may have been violated and compensation which was due to me but the employer was refusing to pay. Steve got on the case immediately, identified my rights, and quickly put the employer on the defensive. His efforts resulted in the desired outcome. Most important, Steve was a pleasure to work with, and made a difficult situation much easier on me.

Stephen was always available to provide valuable information . All my phone calls and emails were answered promptly. The result was pretty good. I highly recommend his professional services . Excellent attorney!!!

Stephen Bourtin conducted a case for me against my previous employer. He consistently provided intelligent and sound counsel as he guided me through a long and difficult process. The end result was far better than I expected (we won $$!) . He did FANTASTIC work for me and I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Stephen is an exemplary attorney. From the beginning, he actively listened to all my questions and concerns and responded with thoughtful and honest answers. He kept me updated on the happenings with my case, which I believe is an indication of his sincere interest in his clients’ legal matters. Stephen thoroughly explained all proceedings and legal terms in a helpful and patient manner. Whenever I reached out to communicate with him, if he was not readily available, Stephen replied via phone call or email within two days.
